Muscle Taping
Muscle Taping, also known as Kinesio Taping, is a method of muscle rehabilitation involving techniques that require the use of adhesive tape. This therapy is also known as kinesiological therapy. The tape helps provide support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion. Not only does it not restrict movement, but it also aids in providing prolonged manipulation of soft tissues to extend the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical environment.
